把缶頭红豆搅细,番茄汁煮成的酱料特别好吃,嘴里满是红豆飘香,不信?试试看!

- 鸡腿 L 形去骨 5 个(腌酱油,蚝油,胡椒粉,糖,盐至少三小时,隔夜为佳然後炸跟香炸粉。

- 香炸粉( please refer the photo as below)
- ham & sausage (煎放边)
- 白菇
- carrot, 大葱,番茄,青瓜(please refer the photo as below
- Potato - 2 pcs ( 煮熟切小方形)

醬料 (mixed)
- Lea & perrins - 2 湯匙
- 缶头红豆 - blend until soft please refer the photo as below.
- 番茄汁 - 5 湯匙
- chili sauce - 2 湯匙
-酱油 - 1湯匙
- 盐 & 糖
- 水- (2 杯)
- parsley.

做法
- 盘擺设好的鸡腿,火腿,sausage 及菜
- 热锅(牛油) 放入白菇,大葱,carrot 炒至香後倒入酱料至滚然後淋在上面即可。
